Shipping Policy

At Apostille Today, we take great care in handling and delivering your documents. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping within the United States is included in our service fee.

  • If a document is unusually heavy or requires special handling, an additional shipping cost may apply. We will notify the client in advance and provide a price quote before sending.

International Shipping

  • Shipping outside of the United States is not included in the service fee.

  • Clients who require international delivery must contact us by email at apostilletoday.us@gmail.com to request a shipping quote. Costs will vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Document Storage and Retention

  • After processing, Apostille Today will send clients a scanned electronic copy of their apostilled documents.

  • Original documents are securely stored for six (6) months.

  • If originals are not requested within this period, they will be safely destroyed to protect confidentiality.

Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Apostille Today is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by courier companies, postal services, or incorrect client-provided information.

Legal Disclaimer

Apostille Today acts solely as a service provider to assist with the apostille and notarization process. We do not alter, verify, or guarantee the authenticity of the documents submitted by clients. Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of their documents and information. Apostille Today is not liable for any rejection, delay, or legal consequences arising from false, fraudulent, or incomplete documents. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities if required by law.
