1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Apostille Today’s website or services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

Apostille Today offers apostille and notarization services (federal, state) in the U.S., including expedited options, online notarization, and document handling, as described on our site.

3. Client Responsibilities
 

• You must supply original, authentic, and complete documents. Apostille Today is not responsible for issues arising from falsified, incomplete, or inaccurate documents.

• You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, including service fees, shipping costs (if applicable), and any additional charges for special handling.

• If you request international shipping, you must email apostilletoday.us@gmail.com to obtain a quote and agree to the cost before shipment.
   

4. Payment & No Reimbursements
 

• All services must be paid securely via our website before processing begins.

• All sales are final. We do not offer reimbursements or refunds once processing has commenced, regardless of outcome.
   

5. Shipping, Delivery & Storage
 

• Domestic (U.S.) shipping is included in the service fee, except when documents are unusually heavy or require special handling (additional cost applies).

• Original documents will be stored for six (6) months. If not claimed by then, originals will be securely destroyed.

• For international shipping, clients must request a shipping quote via email and agree to the charges beforehand.

• Apostille Today is not liable for delays, loss, or damage by courier services or incorrect address info provided by Client.
   

6. Notarization Services
 

• Online Notarization: Available for eligible documents via video call; identity verification and legal requirements apply.

• In-Person Notarization: By appointment only, presenting original documents and valid ID is mandatory.
   

7. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
 

• All personal information and documents provided are treated as strictly confidential.

• Apostille Today will not sell or share client data or databases with third parties.

• We may cooperate with legal authorities if there is evidence of deliberate fraud, falsification, or false representation in documents or submitted information.
   

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
 

• Apostille Today does not guarantee acceptance of documents by foreign authorities or entities.

• We do not provide legal advice. Clients should verify that their documents meet requirements for the destination country.

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apostille Today and its agents are not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services, even if advised of potential damages.
   

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Apostille Today is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts unless both parties agree otherwise (e.g. arbitration).
11. Severability
If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remain in full force.
